Department Procedures

1. Doctoral students work with their committee to finalize the dissertation for defense.
2. The student works with the department to schedule the defense.
3. If the defense is successful, the faculty advisor will circulate the GS9 form and collect the signatures.
4. The finalized GS9 form is sent to the program coordinator for the final signature and submission to the university. 
5. The student will upload the dissertation and signed GS9 to Scholarly Commons.
