Database & Library Access Issues

This guide will help out with common database and access issues when contacting the Hunt Library isn't an option.

Create Proxy Links

If you have an article or ebook page that you need to access via our proxy server, this form will generate one.

  • Do not use URLs that already begin with https://ezproxy.libproxy.db.erau.edu.
  • Make sure you include http:// or https:// in your URL.
  • Make sure you have JavaScript enabled.

Note: Hunt Library might not subscribe to the proxied resource.

Chrome Browser Extension

The EZProxy Redirect browser extension for Google Chrome reloads the current webpage while adding our proxy URL to it.  If we subscribe to the article, you will then have access to the full text.

Get the EZProxy Redirect browser extension and click on the ADD TO CHROME button.

Before using the browser extension, right-click on the EZProxy Redirect button and select Options to go to the EZProxy Redirect Options page.  Select Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Hunt Library from the drop-down list and click the Save button.
