Database & Library Access Issues

This guide will help out with common database and access issues when contacting the Hunt Library isn't an option.

DOI Link

If you click on the EagleSearch result title or "Full Text Online" link and get an error accessing the item, there may be another link you can try.

Go to the item details page.
Look for the Identifier field and copy the text after the DOI: label (ex. 10.1103/PhysRevD.92.084016).
Create a URL by adding https://doi.org/ before the DOI text (ex. https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevD.92.084016).
Go to the Create Proxy Links page and follow the directions on that page to create a working link.

If the DOI link goes to one of our subscription databases, you may be asked to log in using your ERAU Login.
