Using Project Workspaces in Data Commons
Project Workspaces are a collaborative space for researchers to share data, control what data is published and what is kept private, and provide external reviewer access.
Projects can be used to collaborate with other researchers internally and externally to ERAU. Primary Investigators are able to:
- Invite researchers
- Set dataset permissions by researcher
- Owner
- Project Admin
- Editor
- Viewer
- Create new datasets from your Project workspace or import existing datasets already in Data Commons.
- Publish select datasets from a project, or all data.
- Note: Projects are collaborative spaces and cannot be published. Only datasets can be published.
