Export Notes

If you have added annotations or bookmarks to the ebooks on your Bookshelf, you can export them to a text file. (Highlighting itself cannot be exported.)

To export your notes:

1. Access your Bookshelf from a link in the top menu.
2. Next to the book you want to export notes from, click on the button with the ellipsis (...) and select Export Notes.
   
   
    
3. The text file will start to download, save it to your computer.

Export Folders

If you have folders in your Bookshelf, you can export the book information to a text file.

To export your folder:

1. Access your Bookshelf from a link in the top menu.
2. On the left-side menu, select the folder you want to export.
3. Click on the Save Folder button.
   
   
    
4. The CSV text file will start to download, save it to your computer.

For each book in the folder, the CSV text file will contain the following information:

• Title
• Contributor(s)
• Publisher
• Year Published
• eBook ISBN
• URL

The CSV text file can be opened in Microsoft Excel or any spreadsheet or text editor.
