Refining your search in EagleSearch
The benefit of using EagleSearch is that it searches both our physical collection (print materials available in the library), as well as many of the library's research databases all at once from a single search box; however, with that comes the possibility of having too many search results. Using the filters in the left-hand column of the results page, you can quickly refine and narrow your results down to a more manageable list.
See an important note about saving filters below.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Once you've selected your filters be sure to select Remember all filters located at the top under Active Filters in order to keep those filters saved for any additional searches. Click Reset filters to clear them or to close out individual filters, click on the X at end of each one.
Availability
Quickly limit your results by selecting any of the options under "Availability." NOTE: If using on a mobile device, click on the filter icon
to select and apply limiting options.

EXPANDING YOUR RESULTS
If you're not finding as many results as you would like, you can search beyond the Hunt Library's collections by turning on Add results beyond Hunt Library's collection located at top of the search filters.

This will include resources in your list of results to which the library does not subscribe. For items that are citation only, contact Ask a Librarian to get help with locating the item.
