Initial setup must be completed by a member of the Scholarly Communication Team who will create your user account and public profile page. Once completed, a member of the team will contact you to let you know it is ready.
Use the Portfolio Set-Up Form to request a profile and provide the team with some basic information about you to fill out your page. Profiles are added in the order they are requested. Most profiles can be up within a week, but may take longer depending on the but may take longer depending on the information provided and the amount of prior requests.
If you use Google Scholar or another profile service that allows for bibtex exports, we highly recommend providing a bibtex file with your setup form. It is the quickest way to populate a large number of research items into your profile.
Once your profile has been set up, you will be able to access the Admin side of Portfolio using your ERAU login. The login link is located at the very bottom of most public pages, and reads "Log in to Pure." This link should lead to the familiar ERAU login.
Note: Pure is the software the powers Portfolio. While in the Admin side you may see both terms used.
