Finding Books in EAGLEsearch


Searches most of the Hunt Library's print and ebook collections.

Full Text

  • Links to some full text.
  • Click on Full Text Online or Available Online.
  • Some books in Voyager will have a line labeled Electronic Access, click on the Full Text (PDF) or Full Text (HTML) buttons, if available.

Database Access

Good to Know

  • For ebook access use your ERNIE Account ID and password if you are asked to login.
  • Daytona Beach campus students can check out items at the Hunt Library's circulation desk using their EAGLE Card.
  • Worldwide students can check out items using the instructions in the Requesting Items section below.

Search Tips

  • To find an exact title, place the title in quotation marks: "Crew Resource Management Training"
  • Use an asterisk (*) at the end of the root of a word to find all variants: automat* will find automate, automated, automatic, etc.

Requesting Items

  • Worldwide students may have a maximum of five (5) items checked out at any one time.
  • If ebook is not available, mark the records you want by clicking on the save this item button to the right of each record.  The button appears as a folder with a plus symbol.
  • When you have finished marking all the items you want, click the Saved Items button at the top of the screen.
  • Click the Email button in the pop-up window.  
  • Type in your own email address in the To: box and click Send.
  • After you receive the email containing your records, forward the email to

    • Your name
    • Colleague ID number
    • Mailing address (no PO Boxes, please)
    • Daytime phone number
    • Course number
    • Whether you’re a Worldwide student
    • Also, please indicate that you would like to check the items out, (OR) whether you would like to view the table of contents of any of the items.
