Occasionally, there are problems with opening some of our emailed documents, we have found that the following instructions solve the problem most of the time.
First save each file to disk and then try opening them. To do this, put your cursor over the file name and right click your mouse.
Choose 'Save Target As.' Be sure you notice where you save the file so you can find it again.
Go to Explore, find the file, and doubleclick on it.
If that doesn't work, try opening Adobe Reader first and then actually opening the saved file from within Acrobat.
To do this, open the Adobe Reader, go to "file", then "open". Locate and doubleclick the file name of the saved document.
